The Sorting Candle

Ever wondered what Wizard School House you’d be sorted into? This scented, fandom candle starts off as white, but as it melts your House color is revealed. The crackling woodwick is reminiscent of sitting in your House common room next to the fireplace studying for your upcoming exam. The scent is cozy blend of honey, tonka, and a smooth woody base

You can select your House color. . . or choose to let the candle do the sorting and work its magic!

Sorting Candles are hand-poured in small batches. We use soy wax for a cleaner, longer burn. Burn time is 20-25 hours. The House color will reveal itself about halfway through the burn. Each candle comes with a muslin, drawstring bag and card insert.

Scent notes:

Top: Bergamot

Middle: Honey, Coriander, Amber

Base: Tonka Bean, Oud, Tobacco Leaves, Musk

Candle Care:

Soy wax is natural, renewable, and vegan. It has some different properties than petroleum based waxes like paraffin. Soy wax has a “memory.” To maintain an even melt allow the wax pool to reach the edges.

For optimal crackling, brush off the black burned piece of the woodwick before lighting.
