Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items, and we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the original purchase so we can make it right. 

If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part or the mail carrier, we will provide a replacement item at no cost to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a reason other than this, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
